Belle Brands Has Acquired Vegamour

We have a beauty industry M&A update today—Belle Brands has acquired Vegamour. What will this mean for the brand that describes itself as a biotech hair wellness pioneer?

It will mean rekindling its relationship with Sephora—and investing in development to launch new products, reveals Michael Dill, Partner at Windsong and Board Member of Belle Brands.

Belle Brands is a platform by Windsong Global, and the company aims to acquire and scale consumer beauty brands. Its brands include JVN Hair, Pipette, KVD Beauty, and Versed.
